 Just came across this deed for sale on eBay.  Didn't buy it, but though it was worth recording...

Mentions earlier pair of indentures dated 8th 1591 between

(1) Nicholas Kirshawe of Ynchefeld, Richard Gibson, Oliver Kirshawe, James Hollywell, the said Edmund Kirshawe, Richard Hayward, Roger Tetlowe, Robte Ferrer

and

(2) George Travesse

Relating to a parcel of land called the Oxe pasture in Ynchfield, saving one half acre on the south west side.

Here resteth the body of THOMAS ROTHWELL of Strongstry who departed this life the 18th day of March 1733 aged 72 years.  Also ALICE ROTHWELL his wife departed this life May the 13th 1743 in the 73rd year of her age.  Also RICHARD their son who died August 7th 1764 in the 75th year of his age.
